This paper mill equipment totally has 21 transmission points and 436.5KW. It is complete paper making production line. The fine paper pulp go to the wire from headbox to form the paper sheet. Paper sheet go throught press section to remove most of the waters and go to the dryer section, where there are several dryer groups to dry the wet paper to be dry paper. Normally the paper dryness reaches 92% after dryer section. This is the final paper jumbo roll. After rewinding to make the big jumbo rolls into paper sheets or small paper rolls for marketing.
This 2200mm paper mill equipment is designed to produce fluting paper of 90-160g/m². Good performance, long service life and less paper damage.
